進入 Sandbox Accounts 頁面
登錄后左側(cè)菜單：
Dashboard → Sandbox → Accounts
或直接訪問（需要登錄后才有效）：
https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/accounts
會看到兩種賬號：
Business（模擬商家）
Personal（模擬買家）
按如下圖這樣創(chuàng)建。
在 Sandbox Accounts 列表中：
1）點擊 Personal Account（買家賬號）右邊的 三點菜單
2）選擇 View / Edit Account
即可看到：
Login Email
System Generated Password
Funding（可給它加余額）
